Step Two: We book in your date and ask for your autograph and a deposit to secure your spot!

Step Three: One month before your booking, we catch up in-person or via Zoom to chat through your content wish-list. We’ll discuss where/when you need us, what content you want, and we’ll bring Reels/TikTok ideas too. You’ll have a creator assigned to your date & meet them too!

Step Four: It’s the big day! Sit back, soak in the day, and let us be your paparazzi!

Ranging from 2 to 8 hours, our packages suit you based on where and when you need The Wedding Creators to capture your must-share moments.

Think about what content you want captured; do you want the bridal party getting ready / the whole ceremony / the reception entrance, first dance or cake cutting – what's important to you?

Think about the type of Reels or TikToks; do you want a before/after transition TikTok with the bridal party, and/or have guests at the reception captured wearing branded sunglasses? Maybe you want a wedding video guest book!

During your discovery call, we'll chat about what package might work best for you.

It’s best to get in contact as soon as possible to secure your date – while we have creators available, popular dates will get snapped up!

The wedding date can be as close as one month away or as far away as one year – generally we prefer you to book around the 6 month mark, to be safe.

We take bookings based on our creator availabilities, the location of the wedding, and if there are multiple locations your creator needs to travel to.

Please note that additional fees will apply for multiple locations, and any locations based outside of 20 kilometre radius of Adelaide's CBD.

We are also available to travel interstate and overseas at the cost of the booking holder.

Think about what content you want captured and when your services will be in use; do you want us to capture setting up, the ceremony, part of the reception, or a bit of everything? Plus, you'll get edited images with film-like filters to post on your grid and stories! During your discovery call, we'll chat about what package might work best for you.

Yes! We’ve had enquiries where guests close to the couple have booked us as a surprise on the day as their gift.

We can either work with the booking holder to create the content wish-list, or have the couple find out about the booking a month before; this way they have a chance to work with us before the day!
